Lovely "tissue" topped white chocolate wrapped wedding cake.
Cake decoration is made of white chocolate:
white chocolate plastique is kneaded and
rolled thin, then wrapped around the cake tiers.
White chocolate fans are made from tempered white
chocolate using a chocolate peel. Piping made from
Italian buttercream, bottom border and top swirl (from
small cornet).
Made for wedding at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel by Renee Shelton.
