design cake. A golden dragée is placed and secured
at each intersection or crossing of the piped design.
Cake is covered in rolled fondant. Cake also has bows and draped
rolled fondant swags. Flowers are hand-made of sugar paste and rolled
fondant. Beading at bottom and piping on cake is done from
Italian buttercream. Made for wedding at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel
