Stacked cake covered in rolled fondant with
soft drapings cascading down the cake, also
made of rolled fondant. At either side of each
cascade drape features very tiny piping in
varying scrolling and dotting. This is done with
Italian buttercream, as is the bottom border beading
at the bottom of each tier. Topper chosen by bride
and placed on top.
Made for wedding at the Ritz-Carlton,
Laguna Niguel by Renee Shelton. Design specified by bride.
