White chocolate covered square-tiered cake.
Sides of cake are solid white chocolate sheets secured
with Italian buttercream, with corners wrapped in
solid white chocolate triangles. Rainier cherries are
dipped lightly in icing and dusted with granulated sugar
before setting on cake. Topper is cherries.
Made for wedding at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel by Renee Shelton.
