Italian buttercream. Shells are made of white chocolate.
White chocolate shells made from molds created out of
gelatin and real shells, and very lightly painted with
chocolate powder in varying shades of cream colors.
Made for wedding at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel by Renee Shelton.
