Guanaja Chocolate Mousse, Tiramisu Cream, Chocolate Matchbook.
made out of chocolate:
tempered couverture is spread thinly on
plastic sheets made for chocolate then cut to shape.
The small rectangles are folded over when nearly set
to keep the books open shape.
The matches are made of white chocolate plastique kneaded
and rolled very thin, cut to the shape of the matchbook.
The matches are then individually cut and the tips are
painted with special coloring made for chocolate.
They are then placed in the matchbooks.
