Stackable Mousse Frame Sets

Stackable frame set gives you easy productions of even mousse cakes and pastry sheet desserts. Also great for use with ganaches and pralines or fruit pastes to be used on your guitar for perfect cuttings.
2 size frame sets available: 18" x 13" and 18" x 26".
Set for either size includes: 1 base in 18/10 stainless steel with notches for stacking. Three stackable almuninum frames of different heights: 3/8" (yellow), 5/8" (red) and 3/4" (black). The total height for the finished product is 1 3/4".
How to use this item:
Fill first frame with your mousse or pastry base. Smooth and chill firm. Attach second frame, fill with second flavor or color and smooth and chill firm again. Repeat for subsequent layer. Freeze if desired or allow to chill firm. Each layer will be even of the different layers or mousses.
