Use your
favorite rolled cookie dough, making sure it is firm and keeps
its shape. Spray the molds with cooking spray and press in the
dough into the cavities. Place on cookie sheet and bake on the
top rack at 325°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until cookies are
done. Remove from oven and allow to cool for several minutes
before removing.
When
using for hard candy, spray cavities with cooking spray. Make
a batch of hard candies or lollipops. Pour hot sugar into a
heat proof candy funnel with stopper. When ready to pour, lift
stopper to let the hot syrup flow into the cavities. If molds
are for lollipops or suckers, place the sticks in the proper
place before the candy sets up. Cool to room temperature, and
remove when the candy is cooled and hard.
