These
cookies are topped with small gumdrops before being baked.

c sugar |

c butter |

c molasses |
1/2

Small
gumdrops for decoration |
Preheat
oven to 350°F.
Place
flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture
resembles coarse meal. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix
until the mixture forms a dough. With lightly floured dusted hands,
roll 1 teaspoon scoops into balls, placing them on a sheet of wax
paper. Next, roll each ball in sugar and place on lightly greased
baking sheet; flatten slightly. Press three gumdrops onto each cookie
and bake 9 minutes or until light golden brown. Transfer to a cooling
rack.

These
cookies have Rice Krispies, coconut and oatmeal. They're crispy
and good.

t cream of tartar |

1/2 c flour |

c Rice Krispies |

t vanilla |
Preheat
oven to 350°F.
Cream
the margarine, sugars and oil together and add in the eggs. Add
in the flour and rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill, form
into balls and flatten with fork on baking sheet. Bake for about
10 to 15 minutes.
