Peanut Butter Frosting
Use creamy-style peanut butter for a smooth frosting.
| 4
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted |
1/2
cup creamy peanut butter |
| 1/2 cup
cocoa |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 2/3 cup boiling water |

In
mixing bowl with beaters, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Let cool 1/2 hour before using.
Make sure the water is boiling hot, or the frosting won't turn out right.
