Celebrate Valentine's Day
with Homemade Pizzelle Cones
Pizzelles are thin Italian cookies made in a hot iron similar to a waffle maker. Each plate will produce different designs, and the resulting cookie can be left flat, or rolled or formed into various shapes.
This Valentine's Day, try rolling pizzelles around a dowel and filling with a passion fruit and chocolate mousse or creating mini cones for holding scoops of Champagne sorbet.
