A site for pastry novices and professionals alike, where 'tools of the trade' can be found. We offer competitive prices, brands and products that culinarians are comfortable with: Ateco, Paderno - World Cuisine, PME, Matfer Bourgeat, Wilton Industries, Deglon, Magic Line, CK Products, Fiberlux, Flexipan, Bakery Crafts, The Pastry Design Group, Fat Daddio's, among others. We offer many sizes on certain products, for example pastry rings, so that a hard to find size can be found. Having professional sized items makes us a useful site not only for those smaller bakeries looking for a particular product, but also for serious home culinarians wanting to use their professional sized appliances.

We ship world wide, and provide customized service to our customers throughout the world.

Ordering

Everything is sold via Paypal, a convenient way to make online purchases. Through Paypal, you may pay with your credit card or with your Paypal account. We gladly accept check or money orders through the mail via our order form. Simply print out and mail with payment to Beach Cuisine, Inc. Since the company is located in California, we must collect sales tax on all orders placed from/in California. Orders are processed when they are received. Note some items may not be in stock with us or our vendors, so please allow two weeks from time ordered to delivery to your address, although you may receive your package sooner. Shipments will be sent via UPS, FedEX or USPS Priority, both delivery ways will be sent to you insured for your protection. At this time, express or overnight delivery is not available.



Returns

We want you to be happy and work hard to personalize each order. Satisfaction is met through finding what you need through our quality vendors and multiple sizing of products. However, in the event that you are not satisfied, please contact us and arrangements will be made in the form of return (return to us via insured mail; we cannot be responsible for lost mail) and we will refund the full price of item you paid, minus any shipping charges. Note there are no returns for artwork, card sets, customized items and frames. All sales are final after 14 days from delivery and all items must be in resalable condition.

If there is a certain product you are wishing to locate not listed on our website, or if you have any one of the current catalogs and want to purchase a product, please contact us for information and availability. We specialize in custom orders. We'll simply email an invoice to you and you pay via Paypal.
