Elastamold Sheet Molds
Comprised of silicone foam containing micro-bubbles, allowing for a rapid increase in temperature, which causes the juices to caramelize. This adds to flavor and texture. The end result is baked goods that are crispy golden on the outside and moist on the inside. Temperature resistant, withstanding temperatures ranging from -90° to 580°F. The non-stick surface and flexibility of the molds are perfect for quick removal. Easy to clean using soft sponge and water. Size of molds range from small to professional full sheet pan size.
