Savannah Smiles Girl Scout Cookie Oatmeal Streusel Topping

This is a recipe for a streusel topping using the Savannah Smiles Girl Scout cookies. Use for as a streusal topping for open faced pies, tarts, and for cobblers and crisps.

Yield: Enough for 1 pie

Ingredients

• 1 box Savannah Smiles Girl Scout Cookies (1 1/2 cups crumbs)
• 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 cup butter, no substitutions
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

Procedure

1. Process the Savannah Smiles cookies until they are in fine crumbs.
2. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix by hand until combined.
